I love that they keep the property so clean. Neighbors are so quite but There are a lot of tree roaches. Pest control outside is needed tho. I sprayed around my whole side and we have dead roaches all over now.

I lived here for a long while I stay to my self and nobody bothers me and I don't bother anyone around me. Maintenance some times take a while to fix issues in my apartment and sometime they come the same day.

This has to be the most nastiest and the most horrible place i have EVER lived!!!! Roaches, bed bugs, mold, mildew, and stained walls and floors!!! My walls in the dining area are rotting do to the dishwasher keeps backing up into the pipes!!! The staff and management is horrible and very inconsiderate to the residence needs!!! They don't fix ANYTHING!!! The stove have shocked my son for the second time now and not to mention i have reported that the stove have a shortage NUMEROUS times!!! My children keeps weazing while they it's from the roaches!! The A.C blows only cool air as if i have just a fan running!! The fridge doesn't work!! I have been here a year and only made groceries ONCE!! FRKN SAD!! Sandy and Cathy are SUPPOSE to be the managers but whenever i have talked to them it was like and O WELL conversation and they say they'll send someone but never do!!! My ceiling fell as soon as i stepped out the shower one night, they took like 2 months before they came to fix it!!! Half the sockets doesn't work and keeps catching on whatever reason!!! My door was kicked in 6 months ago and my window was broken out 2 months ago. I took the police report in the office the next day to have it fixed, but NOPE they still haven't fixed it!!! I have had to call the health department and the home owners association just to get some things done around this dumpster that they call a place to live!!! The roaches should be paying the rent since they run this deplorable filth!!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Me and My Bro love it Here , so Yes I recommend it to Anyone .. It's descent .. just got some ignorant ppl living here but hey IDC Longest Everyone minds their own business won't be a problem !!. These apts are the cleaniness ones on Little York I'll Tell you that :D

I have been living here since 2008 the rent just went up to $966.00 a month. Also the maintenance guy is lazy and the lady's that works in the office are lazy also.. They got this parking sticker and supposedly tow truck was going to be checking if whoever don't have a sticker will be towed. THAT'S NOT TRUE I NEVER SEE A TIE TRUCK!!! The only reason why I have been living here for so many year's in these apartments is because I don't qualify to buy a house my income is low but trust me. "I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENT COMPLEX"!!!!!!.. The only thing that is nice is the front office..

Its weird how residents talk bad about this apartments but community is always 100% occupied......This tells me people LOVE to live there ??, roaches wouldn't be your pets if you clean your apartment in a daily basis, drinking and drug problem wouldn't exists if you as a resident don't do drugs or drink, office staff wouldn't be "rude" if you approach them with respect ( common sense) apartment wouldn't be destroyed from the inside If you take care of THE PLACE IS YOUR HOME! Things don't just get destroyed but itself.

Bad maintanance service. The laundry rooms are useless because the machines don't work only in like one of them. They tow your car just for not having a sticker but they don't have enough visitor parking spaces either.

I have had a bad experience in these apartments. I have to constantly remind staff to get my work orders done. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend these apartments to anyone. They don't follow the contract. Very upset!!

The noise level is horrible! The neighbors blast there music and wake me up on a constant basis! The roaches are horrible and maintenance are called for my air-conditioning problem that they can't seem to fix! I'm moving as soon as possible..

I very happy to live in this apartments. The only thing is the parking lot. You are not organized with oarking lot assigned. It is a serious problem when you come after work abd activities abd you dont find parking lot in front o close your apartment or building. It very frustrating. I hope you can pay attention to this and assigned parking lot no just stickers. Rent is ok and property and staff are doing very good job.
