The apartment complex is nice but the staff is horrible. The complex is under new management and we're already off to a rocky start. They greet everyone with this professional sarcasm that's unnecessary. We have issues with power during storms. The water shuts off, sometimes with no notice. And please tell your guest don't park anywhere but visitor parking because you will be towed. The maintenance crew is timely and friendly but the management team need people training, new management team included. We pay too much to be disrespected.

This place has gone so downhill that anyone who ever leases with RPM or Roscoe property mgmt better THINK TWICE, No NEVER, EVER LEASE WITH THIS MGMT COMPANY EVER. Corporate craps on you and just takes your money! This leasing office never answer the phone! Run, don’t walk when you find out the manager is CHRIS CUSNEROS AS HE DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!! I would give this a complex all zeros if I could but I had to give them ones they don’t deserve!

This place deserves 0 stars. They take forever to get back to you and they never answer the phone. Stay away from these apartments. When I was touring the place a young man told me his car had been broken into twice already.

My sister lives here. I came to visit her last night, and they have changed the rules about parking. We try to find a visitor parking but all the 7-8 spots were taken, so my husband parked in the regular parking that has no warning whatsoever about towing. Today we couldn’t find our car, and they towed it. Now we have to pay 250$ to retrieve the car that shouldn’t have been towed in the first place to begin with. They are thieves trying to fill their pockets with money from hardworking people.

I had a wonderful experience! The leasing agent Grisel Garza was very helpful and assisted me with all my needs! I was able to view and get the apartment I wanted. She deserves 5 stars! Thanks for great experience!

I have rain water pouring into my apt every time there is a heavy storm. I reported this problem 4 times in June 2021. Each one of my requests was ignored. The website to report maintenance issues said: WORK COMPLETED in June. But on Aug 16, 2021, it happened again and it was 3X worse because NO ONE fixed the problem in June. A steady stream of water was pouring into my apt for an hour. This problem is destroying the sheetrock, paint, sills and my personal belongings and I can't even imagine the mold growing behind the walls. Typically the maintenance is pretty good in my 4 years here, however, they have miserably dropped the ball on this one. No one seems to want to take this problem seriously. Day 3 after this problem and not one phone call about it.

Theres many different problems I've encountered here. The office staff is impossible to contact a manager and they don't check their messages/emails and wont respond or call back. I had to call corporate to contact the manager and she finally called me back. The parking there is an absolute nightmare. Theres no parking stickers so if you are lucky enough to find a parking spot, it wont be near your apartment building. And if you come home after dark there will be 0 parking spaces and you're SOL. I spend an hour driving in a circle looking for a spot regularly at night. The pool is always this disgusting green color. And cockroaches in the apartment even on the top floors. I could go on but I suggest you avoid this complex at all costs, theres better for cheaper nearby.

Had a great tour with Angela. She was funny and Upbeat.I appreciated her effort giving us detailed information with a screaming baby in tow. We might end up calling Veranda at Centerfield our new home in May.

so this property is completely ------------ and needs to sued and look into for well lets racist and steering practices,for their managers who clearly biased against -----------------------------------------------..and -------..complete disrespect for religious beliefs of peoples money and keep them in limbo,they protect ------------------- but deny army vets and service men. they laugh when people are homeless and trying to get a place to live w kids stay away from these racist women,--------------------------,and thier manager is the worst of all..they have -------- living there and -------- w fake ids and skimmers and scam machines complete fraudulent ran under the table dealings property.

I can't express enough how much I enjoyed every moment of living here. I've been able to call Veranda at Centerfield my home for nearly two years now and it's only gotten better each year. This management team is awesome. They take care of their residents and the maintenance team they have gets your work orders and requests completed in a timely manner. The community has only gotten so much better from when I first moved in, and parking hasn't been an issue since the new management team came in and took over about a year and a half ago. The Roscoe management team has only improved this property from the last management team and company that attempted to manage this property. The floor plans here are beautiful and very spacious which I have loved! I would definitely recommend this property to any of my family and friends looking for a place to call home. Thank you Veranda at Centerfield for everything that you've been able to provide for me, a home.
