This current management and maintenance is awesome! They're so awesome and incredibly helpful ANY time we need anything. I can't stress enough how awesome the maintenance guys are! They're quick and they always give 100% and do the job well, no matter how big or small!

Very well kept community, current staff very helpful and attentive to residents needs. Regularly holds community events from food truck party to simple meet and greet for the residents. Several upgrades over last 4 months brand remodeled new gym, new pool amenities and furnishings complete complex painting. Great location for food and shopping with in minutes From location several in walking distance recommended to all my family and friends

We have been at Veranda a little over a month. And I can say the management , care about the needs and safety of there tenants. Every time I have been in the office I am greeted, with a smile.When we first got here in October they said they would be doing some upgrades and fixing up things.. It did start immediately. They also keep us in the know.

More added fees for no reason when paying rent and utilities. It wasn't like that before, now it's a nuisance. As long as you pay on time, there shouldn't be any added fees on how you pay. It's starting to be expensive living here smh.
