These guys here are amazing. The apartment wasn't completely perfect when I moved in but they got the few small imperfections corrected right away. My standards are pretty high but I'm also on a budget. The staff here checked both boxes. Daniella helped us with leasing our apartment but everyone has been very helpful during our residency here. It took me a while to put aside time to do this review but I wanted to make sure it was well deserved.

Daniela and Nick are some of the best apartment staff I have met. Even through the office being short staffed lately, they have managed to stay on top of things and have the best personalities. Helpful is an understatement! And let me not forget Carlos, who has kept my apartment in great shape! Thank you Abbey staff!

This place is a win win for everyone. My family likes it because it's close to work for them. The high school is right across the street, which is the best to me. Staff is amazing, we love them all. They get a W for the win!!!!!!

Great Place to live! Every apartment is fully upgraded with granite counters, new cabinetry, wood flooring and steel black appliances. Phenomenal Spring Branch schools few steps away on the other side of the fence. Such a quiet and small community in the heart of the Energy Corridor. 3 min. from Katy Freeway. Excellent Staff - We love it here!

Daniella did an awesome job at communicating through the leasing process, from start to finish. When I had to communicate with the other office staff at any point they were just as great. Everything went smoothly and I am pleased with the whole experience.

Dont return email, do t tell you about the stupid policies, dont tell you how to use the laudry room, apartment uses a pain in tbe --- service for packages but no one says a ------- word about it or even reply to emails when aske. Now im having to pay shipping again to get my packages redeliverd again, took over a month to get approved to live in this shot hole, ice doesnt work, reported it first day i moved in, maintenace man came in a shook it and said it fixe. It still doesnt work and hasntvreturned since, over a mont. Regret thos place

I moved to TX from MO within 2 weeks I spotted a RAT in my apartment. Fast forward 5 months into my lease I can hear rats in the walls, underneath my bath tub and running overhead in my ceiling. Caught 2 more rats in my apartment just last month they were getting in underneath the bathroom sink. I love this area but its totally unacceptable to pay 1400+ rent and dealing with a rat infestation. Also ive heard 2 shootings, cars are being broken into and trash is always on the ground , dumpsters overfilled. The staff is polite but im totally disappointed and I'm seriously thinking of breaking my lease.

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years now. I’ve been here to experience many different office associates and they have all been a delight. Nick, the property manager, has been here throughout the duration of my time here and he has been a tremendous help all these years. Gotta love the Abbey At Memorial.

I just recently moved into the Abby's at memorial. Danielle is Amazing!! She took the time to explain the process and stay in contact with me at all times. My townhouse is wonderful! Thank you so much

I'm new to the community and was very excited to move in to my new apartment, but I'm very disappointed. When my family and I arrived to our apartment, it was filthy. The management didn't do a good job cleaning the apartment for new residents. It was quite a disappointment. Dead roaches and their poop were everywhere-in the kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, carpet floor, window cracks, literally everywhere. We had to do a deep cleaning of our apartment cause it was trash. The fridge was not properly cleaned, and one of our windows has no net. 2 of our kitchen cabinets are not in good condition. Management said they will replace it yet they never did. When I step outside there's literally trash in the complex, and the garbage disposal area is disgusting. I called maintenance a few times to fix certain things in my apartment, but they never actually do it. I pay for pest control, and they're supposed to come every Fridays to control pests, but they only came once on the week we moved in, and they never came back. I'm looking forward to moving out once my lease expires. I'm highly disappointed. I hate to bring race into these type of situations, but there's no way they would leave the apartment looking filthy if the new residents were white.
