This is by far the worse experience I have had with an apartment so far...I know that you can pick your apt but not your neighbors..this is something i am living with..so let's get on to the list of reasons not to move here.... 1.Apt was flea infested when we first moved in 2.Air Conditioner/Heating unit did not work (they have to come and manually flip a switch to decipher between the two) 3.Maintainence is impersonal and barely speaks english 4.I have had the same leak under my sink since i moved in several months ago 5.All bills paid (!!!YEA RIGHT!!!) 6.Water in shower goes from icy cold to boiling hot and back several times within a 15 min shower 7.Kitchen is roach infested 8.People that have animals(notice I said animals and not just dogs) dont pick up after their pets outside so when you step out your door you are greeted with the smell of animal feces 9.Im pretty sure there is mold growing inside of my walls and no one has yet to come check 10.Walls are paper thin so if your neighbor plays music or loudly watches tv you have no choice but to watch or listen also 11.Office staff is very rude(will rush you off the phone or not even acknowledge that you have a problem) 12.Carpet is very cheap so it collects dirt easily and for some reason wont stay stapled to the floor 13.No doorstops so when you open the door too wide it puts holes in your wall 14.Water first comes out BROWN(they tell you to let it run for a min like we dont have to pay water) 15.They dont retile the tub so you get stuck with the last tenants mold and mildew covered by some "resurfacing" agent...so when your tub starts to peel(within 2 months) they have to come and resurface it and you are not able to shower/bathe for at least 2 days afterwards not to mention the fumes are so strong that you have to be out of your apt for at least 5 or 6 hours 16.Five apartments around our apt were broken into in broad daylight and there is a neighbor that constantly runs up our hallway screaming "help me hes trying to kill me" (domestic violence is nothing to play about) 17.If someone is parked in your "designated shack" not even the coutesy officer or emergency maintainence line knows how to call a tow truck 18.There is always at least 2 dryers or washers malfunctioning in the laundry facilities I know some people may look at this as "nit picking" but trust me you would not want to live in this condition if you were in my shoes having to care for a toddler...if it were just me it would be bareable but my child deserves to grow up in a comfortable, safe, reliable, and stable home even if it is an apt...all i can say is be cautious and dont let the model apt fool you...good luck

I moved into Westpoint apartments in June 2009 from California not knowing that I was literally moving into a nightmare. The management is completely horrible, including some if the residents they allow to move in. They placed me in an apartment that was infested with roaches to the point where I literally couldn't sleep my first night in there. I can't count how many roaches I killed during my first night in the apartment let alone my night in the city. It was to the point where I had to go to the leasing office and have them put me in a different unit, which was a bit better. But that's not where it ended. In that community, u have youngsters , teenagers & even adults wandering the streets all night selling drugs, sitting at the pools being noisy till the early hours of the mornings drinking alcohol, doing drugs & playing music. The maintenance takes up to 2 days sometimes 3 before they come & repair anything for you! Several people got murdered over there, I can't count how many times heard ambulances, police sirens & fire trucks there & even during the early afternoons in broad daylight I always saw police cars patrolling the neighborhood. I could just go on & on with this place that it's not even funny! I just felt I had to write a review to let people know what they are getting themselves into. Very bad apartment complex to call home.

I leased at Creekside in January of 2011 and signed a six month lease. My lease ends next month. I enjoyed my stay. I did not have any problems with anyone, but I am not a friendly person who mingles with everyone. Management has been consistent with maintenance and they never took longer than two days to come and fix whatever was needed. My only complaint would be the roaches. There are roaches and no matter how many times, extermination comes out it does not help. It is bearable, but I could not live that way which is why I am moving next month. I enjoyed my stay here and it is very affordable for a one bedroom.

i moved here in march of 2010!! my neighbors was robbed, it flooded through the ceiling in my apartment, and there was a murder that happend right outside my apartment. it took creekside forever to get security and guess what!!!!! they hire two guards to secure creekside and west point..how the hell those two guards are suppose to work to damn apartment complex? people are still getting held up at gun point at night. oh let tell you in advance the air doesnt blow in the room at all.

The apartment complex has gone completely downhill since I signed my lease about 8 months ago. First, the complex is always noisy. People outside on their balconies at all hours of the night. There are a lot of illegals living here. They all gather together outside and are always noisy. Not to mention the complex allows residents to keep their dogs outside on the patios, which leads to barking all night long. The staff is always rude, with the exceptions of Terry, and don't bother to answer the phone or call back after you leave messages. The maintanance of this place is a joke. I have been calling for two months to take care of a problem, which could be life threatening, yet they have done nothing about it. A neighbor of mine had the roof collapse over his shower and the complex said it would take a month to fix it. Seriously, how is not being able to use your shower for a month something that they don't see as an emergency. Another neighbor had a cockroach infestation and they wouldn't come and spray for bugs. The grounds are unkept and there have been several break-ins within the last couple of months. The washers and dryers in the laundry room are always constantly broken but no one ever marks them. I have paid $6 to get a single load of clothes dry because I had to try so many dryers to find one that worked. The next time, that one was broken. Quit doing laundry there. I disregarded several warnings because the apartments were newly remodeled and renting at a good price but I would gladly cough up more money if I could get out of my lease. Don't waste your time or money on this place!

this new management company is the worst!!!! there was some big party at the pool and noboody did anything to stop the people who had it. there have been a bunch of apartments broken into in the past 2 weeks and a letter to all the tennants hasnt even gone out. i found out from the people who were brken into. they have had to tell the rest of us to be safe. I am moving away!!! this place is unsafe. there has been a broken down surbaban at the back of the property for over 2 years and i have seen drug dealings around it, when you tell management they do nothing coz it belongs to the leasing girl sylvia. why is the owner letting this happen.

Unprofessional, uncaring, Never answer phones. on hold for way too long and still didn't get answers that i needed! This place is the worst! The folks that work there are so unprofessional, and they totally ignore your needs as tenants! The owners probably don't care either as all this is a reflection on them! if they cared they wouldn't have losers working there!

I needed an apartment close to my job and had to do so quickly because the lease on our last apartment was about to end and it was a very unsavory and unsafe area so we felt it was time to find some place else. We came upon creekside after looking up apartments within a mile radius of my work. Its amazing how manipulative people can be when they are trying to sell you something, how polite and nice to becoming rude and incompitent with their customers. I suppose my biggest issues with the apartment complex is their pest problem to be more particular ROACHES omg! 2 days after moving in, we had no groceries we were only setting up the place to find roaches all over they seem fixed in the kitchen area and I have lived here a month and still see about 3- 4 roaches a day i bought raid and the egg stoppers and motels and still I see them crawling about as soon as I see one I spray it but I cant imagine these chemicals being good for me, how else do I deal with this problem? The irony in this, the day we moved in and we were getting our keys in the leasing office, this aggiated men came yelling into the room we looked at him like he was crazy and he kept going on and on about an infestation of roaches in his apartment. The leasing agent reassured that there was a maitenaince crew that came to spray apartments weekly but i have yet to have my apartment sprayed despite my persistant phone calls. Secondly the ceiling started to leak my nieghbor says most likely from the air conditioner and my sink is at this moment clogged, which is strange since i use my dish washer.... I feel frustrated I signed a contract which states the rules and policies i must follow i keep my apartment very clean i vacuum twice a week keep a clean kitchen i pay my rent why does it seem that the management or employees of this complex not follow their end of the contract. I have called 10 times and have left 5 messages on the help line matenaince answering machine since last friday. I think i understand now why that man came into to the leasing office yelling because he wanted his problems fixed and was probably being ignored by the faculty here. while yelling is not my style perhaps a member of the faculty will read and asses my complaint here. I give this place a 2 the only upside is that i feel it is much safer than my last residence but its is dirty the grounds seem slightly unkept and there is and obvious pest control and building issue they need to update their apartments the appliance are 2x's as old as I am. I will include photos asap you can make decide if whether or not the photos are helpful to you but i feel this is a great way to vent my rage online.

Do not move here. The management does not care about their tenants. They put in a phone system so you can't call and talk to anyone. They will not even answer the phone for people that want to lease, they just take messages. Which means if you want to rent an apartment they will call you back but if you have an emergency in your apartment they will never call you back. The security gates are broken just about every weekend and you never know who's walking around. Do not be fooled. They will lie, lie, lie to get you to sign that lease. Spend a few more dollars and get you a decent place.
