It has been great. The property management team is on top of everything. The location is great and they do a good job maintaining the property. If something breaks or goes out there are quick to get it fixed. All around great experience.

I did not use to find this apartment, but I do enjoy the area a lot and the apartments are very nice. Everything is very convenient and it has a great location if you work downtown/ energy corridor.

My experience has been mostly good at SYNC. I love their staff and I feel like are very friendly people. The amenities are great here at SYNC. My only complaint is that a few things kind of fell apart already - a piece above my microwave had to be fixed, both my sink and bath water wasn't giving cold, the floor on my kitchen area is questionable - it feels like the quality of the apartment itself is not very good, but the staff and the amenities are great. Another minor complaint is that during the day, many people slam their doors and it makes my apartment shake. I was talking with a friend at the front and a security officer yelled from the second floor, "HEY, you live here?!" Personally I didn't really like being asked like that.
