excellent friendly clean quiet and accessible. very responsive to all questions and happy to help. they are very accommodating in the way they treat you . They are aware that you have a life out there and it will take time to get things sorted.

Everything is excellent except for the elevators. I am empathetic with the on-site staff team about that issue, though - they are doing what they can. I'm less confident about the ownership/corporate.

Overall I have had a positive experience. I love the area and my apartment unit, however recently there have been a lot of issues with working elevators which is super frustrating. There has also recently been a problem with dogs using the restroom on the concrete in and around the parking garage which is really gross.

The apartment is of poor quality, garage has had many issues, elevator issues, some staff are kind and helpful, but the assistant manager is very rude, make mistakes, and do not apologize even when shown proof of their mistakes. Maintenance staff are excellent, maybe the best I've experienced.

Great community. Wonderful reception who have been very welcoming. apartment is in a very convenient location to both social settings and my work place. would definitely recommend. amenities are also a plus.
