Pleasant and professional staff; unreliable elevators; unreliable parking gates; tenants are fine for the most part (many of those with dogs should be elsewhere where cleaning up after your dog isn't expected)

This community offers an excellent living experience due to its prime location, placing everything within walking distance. The building and units are well-maintained, comfortable, and the amenities are great. Staff are friendly and responsive. My only suggestion is to review the elevator maintenance policy for better timing. Overall, a highly recommended home!

Since we have lived at this community, ownership has passed through multiple organizations. There have been growing pains with each. Since Sync has taken ownership, a lot of issues have been able to stabilize and improve. Location is a 10/10 for this property.
