I rented this apartment because it had 5 stars. What a joke!! I had to do everything virtually too so I never saw the property until the day I moved in. I have two dogs and when we would go outside we would run into dog poop and urine in the stairwell or the hallway, just sitting there. My upstairs neighbor is so loud and plays loud music. I’ve reported him so many times and nothing has been done. So many things!! It does have a new manager right now so hopefully it will get better, but when Tiffany was managing it she was running it into the ground

Alta City West was easily my first pick when I was apartment hunting. Now that I have been living here for a few months, I can still say its the perfect apartment. Here are some things it checked off on my list: - Safety: Gated community, secure windows, secure door locks, secured entrances. - Amenities: Grilling by the pool is the best! The gym is small but has everything you need. - Appliances: Essentials like the oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, diswasher, washer, dryer are in great condition. The water temperature and pressure from all faucets is terrific - especially in the shower! - Building amenities: Parking has never been an issue. Maintenance is reliable and quick to address service requests in a timely manner. Valet trash pickup is everyday of the week from right outside your apartment door. They had the best pet policy compared to other apartments in the location, with several well-equipped dog walking stations around the building. Packages and deliveries are held at the front desk. - Environment: The staff and maintenance are so great to work with. Residents here are friendly and considerate. This location offers many options for food, groceries, and shopping.The diversity in this area with authentic food is fantastic - thai, chinese, indian, peruvian, persian, lebanese, mexican, caribbean, colombian, mediterranean, italian, turkish, german - so much variety in close proximity. I really enjoy living here, it had everything I was looking for and then some.

I had a great experience touring this community. Shannon was a great help! She answered all of my questions, and even got her property manager to get clarity on some information she wasn't sure of. She explained the application process thoroughly and gave me a copy of the rental criteria. Dominique even got some water for me while Shannon was getting the keys.

I have lived at City West for 3 years and I have really enjoyed myself. The new manager and leasing agent give good service to residents and even helped with our renewal being too high. They really care about us. I look forward to another year here.

I moved to Alta City West a month ago and it is by far the best apartment experience I have had. Love the proximity to the Galleria and City Centre. Right off Westheimer which takes me all over the city. Glad I made this decision.

I drove by seen and seen these apartments... decided to check them out and I'm glad I did so. Maurice the leasing consultant was wonderful, very informative and overall had a great personality. Honestly when making a decision on where I choose to lease, has a lot to do with the staff. And because of Maurice, Alta City is now in my top 3 choices!

Well I'm going to give Maurice Daniels a 100 across the board. He assured my safety in the community which is very important to me. He was very professional. Has a answer for every question I asked and always smiled. Definitely one of my top two choices because of his outstanding customer service.

You need 10 of Mr. Maurice Daniels! Called in to check you out and I'm really pumped to visit you soon to see if this could be my new home! Great amenities,fitness area and location! Sounds like just what I need!

Beautiful property with extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff. This was suggested by another agent at a property I toured and I was happy to check it out. The smell alone in the lobby is refreshing and crisp. Hands down one of the best properties I've toured so far!

The staff was very helpful! I moved from out of town and Dominique walked me through the entire process. He was so patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I am so thankful for him. When I got in town and saw my actual unit, I could not have been happier, this place is GORGEOUS!!! Thank you Dominique for making my move so painless.
