We love it here! The floor plans are modern and the property is beautiful and well kept. The staff And maintenance are courteous as well. I would definitely recommend Meyer Forest.

I have lived in Meyer Park which is now Meyer Forest since June of 2014. I have not acquired any problems since moving here which is why I continue to maintain my residency. The staff has always been open, nice and all around available to handle any problems I have ever brought to their attention. Joanie Gomez, one of the leasing agents, is an all around great person. Her customer service skills matches her marvelous personality and you could not ask for anything more. I love the location as it is close to major freeways. There are plenty of places to eat and it is only 15 minutes from downtown. I love it here!

I visited Meyer Forest yesterday 04/26/17. The first impression is the best impression. I was approached by Tevin with such a pleasant and awesome attitude I was convinced to lease an apartment with Meyer Forest before I looked at the unit. Let's not leave out the Property Manager Amber Bond her personality was sooo awesome as well, fine example for staff members too appreciate, she made me feel welcome. Great community, great property and awesome relaxing scenery. I honestly and truly recommend leasing from Meyer Forest. I don't know what type of management was like BEFORE Amber and her staff came on board, but anything less than a 5 STAR is NOT Ambers staff. My name? Don't mind saying who I'm am Ms. Brenda Williams. Tevin and Ms.. Amber thanks for the hospitality. Imagine what' it will be like when I become a resident.

The office staff are friendly but inefficient and not knowledgeable also the manager lacks empathy, customer service and people skills she is not friendly. I placed numerous work orders for maintenance and they never dispatch them in a timely manner. The community has a serious pest issue although you pay a monthly pest control fee. When we first moved in there was metal and wood debris all over the carpeting in our unit. The grounds and landscape is well kept. Tenants however leave their trash outside of their doors in the walkways which is very unsightly. Maintenance access your unit without prior approval. Had a issue where they knocked twice then used their keys to access. They also enter with the shoes and walk on your carpeting tracking dirt indoors. They have one entry access gate which serves the whole community for walk in and drive in and its always opened.( this gate has to be used for entry and exit all other gates are chained. I would not recommend this community to anyone. They look great on the website and from the outside but it has been a nightmare for the amount of money they require.

Meyer Park is a wonderful community to live in. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of the property. It is centrally located near both interstates, North and South. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants and other attractions.

Limited parking space. Apt in a flood zone so it floods when it rains. Management not very approachable. Close location to galleria, medical center and NRG stadium. Rent is reasonable. The leasing office ladies are not very knowledgeable abt the property.

We love the community and the price point for the location. The community seems to be safe and very quiet. We were able to move in quickly and we hope to have a great stay on the property. Our only negative is that upgrades should occur throughout the apartment.

Lovely apartments & Employees. Everyone is very Respectful. There's no need for the extra $16. I can definitely ensure you that you're money is very worthwhile with this lovely apartment complex. I absolutely love it here & I know other will find it lovely here as well, if they share my suburban home living environment perspective.

This is were you don't get what you paid for. The people that work here, they are not professional at all. it is hard to believed this is GREYSTAR Management. The manager name KELLY is a disgrace to GREYSTAR TEAM. She doesn't know how to hold her staff accountable. just to name few issues we encounter from day one---We move in 5 months ago, and it has been a disaster from day 1. After we sign our lease they told us to wait for a couple of hours for our place to be ready. I told them the moving truck is outside with all my stuff in it and the driver is charging me every minutes. The leasing staff told me that i should have called to make sure the key is ready???? But I just sign the lease and the lease start today and it is 11AM ALREADY. I reported this to their manager Kelly, she said she will investigate and call me back and i never received a call from her. i don't want to write a book but PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I wish i read the reviews before we submit our applications. Greystar needs to send a secret renters to this place or do something. GREYSTAR as a whole is a great management but, the people they hire to manage the property are terrible. they don't know anything about customer service. IT IS A SHAME.

It is a nice place in the corner of 610 and you can quickly reach to downtown. All things are perfect such as landscape, area, swimming pool, gym, parking lot, gardens, cleaning and at last but not least the main office and its staffs. You will be excited with the rental offers which they proposed to you.
