Great place to stay. Staff is great! I feel safe and would recommend Meyer Park to any of my family or friend!!!

Ofiice staff are rude and they ignore your opinions. It s been 3 days i reported heater issue,however, they didn't fix it , I told them my wife is sick, they don't care, they keep saying wait until Monday(4 days after I reported the issue)

AMAZING!!! My initial encounter with the staff member Solita was great!! The location is great, the apartments are clean, there is no trouble with noise from neighbors, both human and fury. Friendly staff, quick to respond and very helpful. I'm so happy my realtor found this place for me!!! I'd DEFINITELY refer this to others!!

This community without a doubt is the worst community among all communities I have rented an apartment from for the past 7 years. The staffs are really rude, uneducated, and do not care about the residents, but always make sure to put 100 layers of make up on their face. Most of them live in the same community and you cannot usually find them in the office.I have been to the office several times to ask about something (package, apartment issues, etc.) and have seen new people looking for rental apartments waited for them for 30-40 minutes and then left. If post deliver a new package for you to the office, good luck, you have to go there and ask them 2-3 times so that they finally find it for you. Pest control is just a joke and fruit flies are in every apartments. Small/big cockroaches visit us 5-6 times a week. All in all, you'd better to stay away from this community, you can find much better one BR apartment with $1100-1200 a month. I am so happy that I am leaving here this month.

Management at this complex is very poor. From losing our online application, to making mistakes in our lease, to a dirty unit upon move in, our experience has been poor throughout the move in process. Proceed with caution as you will have issues when dealing with the staff here.
