2 Words... Bed BUGS, stay away. I moved here in 2012 and the apartment was really nice, i had never experienced bed bugs before but after learning that my apartment was completely infested i understood why it had that sweet smell that i couldn't stand. They didn't take my complaints seriously and did little to take care of the situation. After 2 months and one treatment by the complex, health issues and them accusing me of bringing over the bed bugs, i had enough & had to move out. I informed the leasing office/corporate office and submitted a complaint to Renters Protection Agency but of course nothing happened. Now i have a Early Vacate amount on my credit. I'm going to fight what's on my credit but it was all worth it to get the heck out of there. I had to get rid of all of my furniture and most of my belongings due to this situation, take my advice... do not move here.

Been here for 3 years and decide to move out. This apartment is going downhill with noise, increasing rate. The manager Shannon is a hypocrite. She will want you to move in to get her jobs done and ignore to listen your concerns of noisy neighbors or deal with other issues. If you don't want to be stuck up with whatever we went through, please choose another options around the area. Woodtrail thank you for giving me the worst management issue ever ok

Great! Place to live! Woodtrail Apartments Manegment gives Me a follow-up Call to make sure that the job was done right when you put in a request for Maintenance call. Safe , friendly staff, and Clean Grounds ,Woodtrail Apartments Manegment seems like they are allways finding More ways to make this a better place to live . i would say they spare No expense at makeing sure the residents are Happy any time there is major work Being done to the Woodtrail property you get a Email about the upcoming work in timely manner, and for a person who is allways on the Road E Mail is My friend. These apartments are horrible. The roaches have completely taken over the entire complex. Their so bad I see them crawling outside. Also management charge a separate utility bill for each person living in the apartment even a 3 year old. The walls are super thin. My son and I hate it here and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Have lived here since summer of 2013. The new management, led by Shannon and Chaterra, are amazing! The responsiveness to any concerns I have has been extremely positive. I just recently had issues with water pressure in my shower - not a grave concern, but important to me nonetheless. Upon sharing my concerns they quickly fixed the issue and I now have a better living experience for it. The staff is courteous, the living conditions are great and yet improving further at a rapid pace. If you are looking for an apartment that has great access to the west side of Houston, I'd highly recommend you get into Woodtrail Apartments now. The new ownership is clearly bent on rapidly improving the complex and you would only reap the rewards of their efforts at a discounted price.

Look else where! These apartments are infested with roaches! Been here a year, have seen an exterimanator twice! Have called repeatedly, but apparently its not a concern to management! They over take my pantry! Everytime I open my dishwasher they scatter! Had to throw my coffee pot away from them getting inside of it! Cabinets w my dishes and glass ware! Its absoluyely repulsive!! I move out FINALLY this week! And am taking every measure to ensure the 4 legged roommates stay behind! My uncle works for city of houston health department, he is comming out to see for his self!!

I have being at woodtrail apartment for 3 years and I love it here. The staff members are very nice and so helpful. They will listen to you and answer your concerns. My experience at woodtrail have being a memorable One thanks to the wonderful staff including the maintenance team.

I have lived in Woodtrail since March of 2004... We have gone through several owners and management teams. But the latest manager and maintence people have been here for 6 years and they are the BEST... Especialy the property manager Shannon. They are the main reason I stayed here. They listen to your compalints and get things done. The new owner is always making improvements, and the grounds are well kept. You can pay your rent online, and request repairs. They always usually get it done that day, but I have put in a request and they wre here in 10 minutes. The rent is affordable, and it is located close to the beltway, which means I-10 & Hwy 59 are only a few minutes away. Unless something happens I plan on staying at Woodtrail.

I have lived at Woodtrail for only a few months and when I initially came I was impressed with the model that was shown to me but however when I moved into my very own apartment I was not pleased at all with the fact that it had carpet and the kitchen cabinets were very old. When I was not expecting it too and I did not realize that the building was as old as it was. But I am adjusting not satisfied but I am adjusting. The staff has been great and very professional whenever asked to do something.

I am live here on Woodtrail apartments since July 2013. Therefore, I love to live here because they have a comfortable apartments. In my point of view, i am not disappointed to choose Woodtrail to live.
