They are super rude specialty Theresa the manager ! They accept sex offer offenders in the building she didn’t care if we felt safe !! And there’s always shootings or police involved in our apartments

Let me tell you my baby window has been leaking for months they have yet to do anything come to find out my my side of the building all windows leak they don’t fix nothing have attitudes and lie so I set cameras up for proof that they don’t come you want proof just email me I have pics of how bad it really is and been here almost 2 years and they have had 2 shoots and some kids set the trees on fire so I would move somewhere else oh they changed names but they still suck to see what really goes on out here

Staff is slow to reply to maintenance requests Office phones are never answered The trash dumpsters stay full for days at a time and trash is overflowing The pool is always dirty There is Not enough light in the parking lots

Alyssa in the front office is amazing and made my move in easy and seemless. I have had no issues. I had to put in 2 service requests upon move in and both were completed and resolved within 1 day. Overall experience so far has been quiet and pleasant.

I was very thankful to move out of there. I lived in the town homes which were separated from the main property. When I first moved in it was not that bad. As time went on more and more families moved in with juvenile delinquent children. They ran around screaming all the time and the parents were nowhere in sight. During the time I lived there the property changed ownership 3 times. During the middle owner I went with a bad AC unit for 2 years. I had to buy portable units to keep the place cool. The latest owner finally fixed the AC. They did not fix the sheet rock damage from a condensate leak even after multiple requests. As far as the management staff I have not been impressed with any of them. Most of the staff treat you like an adversary instead of a customer. They are much more interested in following their rules than trying to resolve problems. Their prices are not reflective of the condition of the units either. The units are old and have been poorly maintained for a long time. Their prices are equivalent to newer and much nicer properties. They did paint the exterior right before I moved out but that was basically just lipstick on a pig. Also, it is a gated community but the gate was broken very often and had to be left open for days and sometimes weeks. One last item, when I received my deposit they had a charge for "Final Utilities". All of the utilities were in my name and I paid the final bill on all of them. I love these mystery charges when you try to get your deposit back. Why can't they just be honest and say we are going to steal some of your money just because we can. The amount was not that much and doesn't hurt me financially I just don't like someone trying to make up excuses for keeping my money. It says a lot about who they really are.

They never answer the phone . I had to go to the office on my lunch break 3 days in a row to get the remote that should have been given to me at the time Of picking up my keys. Still waiting for the trash can so they can pick up my daily trash Still waiting on them to fix my items on my inventory move in list

So far, Iâ??m thrilled to be staying here at the Promenade. The office folks are very cooperative and understanding and make sure to meet all your needs. The price is extremely fair and the property is wonderfully manicured.

I love living here itâ??s very clean quiet and comfortable and the ladyâ??s that work in the off ice is very well maintained and very pleasing people and will help you right away. And as for the maintenance they do very good with the yard work and everyone here is very friendly and very sweet

Choose wisely. Service request can take up to a month and may have to be submitted multiple times. Messages left for office are not returned so you will have to communicate in person and in writing. Staff does not advise management or maintenance of issues unless you stay on top of them.

I have been very pleased with the whole process from Applying to signing the lease to now calling Promenade Jersey village home. I would definitely suggest to others. Truly pleased and excited to entertain out of town family guests.
