We enjoy our home here in Promenade since moving here in February. WE have not lived in an apartment in over 40 years and were not sure how positive the experience would be. But we are very happy here and enjoy the community

Why is the rent $40-$100 MORE every month? Hidden fees. Added fees. $10 service, $20 something else, $12 here, and $30 there and suddenly rent is not what it's on the lease, but what the front office needs for their raises and parties? What concerns me most is the condescending front office staff. Last year, it wasnt liek this: dismissive, mocking, unhelpful, unconcerned. When is takes a month to get a dishwasher fixed, you knwo they dont care about the tenants.

Not the best place to live. The management office has an attitude problem most of the time and are not helpful of your needs. The maintenance crew has to come back several time to fix something, the lighting is poor, but the landscape is beautiful.

Iâ??m very unhappy and I will not renew my lease and will not tell anyone to rent from here. I put a request in at 2pm the my toilet was running over and no one came to my apt I had to call maintenance after hours because it did it again this time it went into the carpet and this was Friday and to this day my carpet is still simi wet whenever I put in a request it never gets taken care of unless I go to the head boss

People in the office try to sound sweet but they need better office management as well as maintenance people. Office never returns calls no matter how many voicemail you leave them. You have to sit on top of them if you want anything to get done. In my case one of the problem still hasn't been done and it's been 2 years. Upon my walkthrough the carpet was damaged from the previous owner all they have to do is cut out of a piece out and replace it still fighting them to this day. They keep washing it in the spot keeps reappearing. Now they're telling me they can't do any more cleanings because I had too many. It would have been less cleanings if they would have just replace that one little area., in my opinion I think anytime that there's a new person moving in you should change your carpet do to people's asthma and allergies.

Everything Is Friendly...The Staff Is Awesome Always Take Care Of Things....Love 24 Hour Maintenances....Pool Is All Year Around.... Neighbors Are Friendly......Couldn't Ask For A Better Home For A Family

I came across this site while doing some internet searches and read a lot of the reviews. First, I am a resident here. Second, if you asked me six months ago about this place I would of gave you a different answer the what I am about to write, Then again six months ago I wasn't working from home. After reading a lot of the reviews here I would of told you six months ago that some of these reviews were by tenants that were just complaining because they didn't get their way. However, I would of been wrong on my judgement. I have tried to call the office about a maintenance problem. I filled out a quest to have something repaired, but I can't get anyone of the phone, they have a voice automated system (call it yourself ), you can only leave a message. GOOD LUCK ON HAVING SOMEONE CALL YOU BACK. THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS AND NEVER DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. They say that they are very busy, REALLY???? The only way they respond is by email, but that takes days to get a reply and their emails are very short and don't resolve my problem. I have to go into the office and throw a fit to get them to respond. Lucy Rodriguez is the manager and she hides in her office all day. If you go into her office she get pissed off. She not good at dealing with people. The maintenance is horrible. As I write this review the back gate is broken and has been for two weeks now. Anyone can drive into the property. On Memorial day weekend they had the pools open(YEAH). One pool had tons of dirt and debris. That pool filter was off. So we went to the other pool and they had two of the gates locked, we had to walk around to the other side. When we got in, we saw that the water was very murky. That just ruined our excitement. We left and went to my friends apartment complex and hung out there. P.S. They still haven't sent some to fix my problem and it has been over three weeks.

Horribly run, rude management and office staff, they provide misinformation, dont contact you when they say they will, community smells like old trash, and rents fluctuate dramatically. Stay away.

I just moved there and I loved, this is a very nice place to live like a home! The girls at the office are very nice! the place is clean and quiet. I love it.

I cannot wait til the day i move out, i am counting down the days. the ladies in the front are very rude and trying to get info out of them is a joke. just found out today, getting the paper rent billed to you is a 5 dollar charge, yet no where on the bill does it tell you that, it just says 'service fee'... i habe never had a charge for a bill, not even with credit card companies???? you pay 2$ a month added to your bill for pest control, but yet if you ask them to come spray its a 15$ charge!!! last but not least, get ready for roaches... they are climbing out of holes in the walls and you can hear them in the vents, i have talked to neighbors and its not just us, as much as i try to bleach and clean everything, they still climb over everything... plus rent is kind of pricey here so just so u know what you are getting in to, here is a run down of my bill... trash: 20 valet trash: 20 water: usuallt abour 18 or 20 WASTEwater: (yes two water bills) usually 20 as well pest control:2 and service fee if u get paper billing: 5 i have never had to pay that much on top of rent, ever...
