“I am a new resident and everything has been smooth so far! Easy move-in and friendly staff, as well as nice amenities like the pool. I have met a lot of residents who have been here for a few years and have great things to say about the community.”

“best staff ever for luxury apartments in Houston! they accommodated ALL needs quickly! they are so flexible when they are aware of your work and home life issues ! they wanted each resident to feel respected and safe . they have done so much work behind the scenes to accommodate people from all cultures ! We LOVE the team here ! reminds me of my home team in Dallas same company runs both and you all know how to get younger ones trained YOU ARE so helpful !”

“Nice community, good presentation, close distance to a lot of stories and popular areas. A bit of a noise issue but within the building but overall good place to live. I've had a good experience this far.”

“So far I've had a great experience living here. The gym is awesome and is rarely packed, kept clean. The property does a wonderful job making sure the amenities are well kept as well. I really don't have any issues. I feel safe coming home at night and everyone here is super friendly! My upstairs neighbors are bit loud sometimes but hey, that's apartment living! Could be worst :)”

“Rey Guatzin the leasing specialist made my move-in process seamless! I chose this apartment site unseen from another state and he gave me a Facetime tour, had timely communication with me and was extremely helpful during my move-in AND post move-in. So far, I have been very happy w/ everything. My only "complaints" would be the dog park could be improved (currently just a small strip of turf), the closet in A6 floor plan is not super functional, the interior hallways often smell bad, and residents are completely disrespectful with the trash room. Other than those few things, this complex has far exceeded my expectations so far! Pool and gym are amazing!!”

“This is not like any other apartment I have ever lived in. This place is a home. I truly have a sense of community here. The amazing staff are friendly and work extremely hard to make this a community that is inclusive to all. Its always clean.”

“Honestly it's a great community. The leasing staff is extremely helpful and the maintenance staff is responsive and helpful. So far I've enjoyed living hear it's quiet, convenient to retail and restaurants.”

“I have only lived here for 4 days but you can just tell how well the property management and leasing staff take care of the building. It smells clean and looks elegant. The location is perfect because it's close to where I work and it's driving distance from great restaurants and bars.”

“I've lived here a couple of weeks now and I'm happy with everything. Maintenance is on point and helpful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The gym equipment can be a little dirty, but nothing unbearable. Trash collection is great as well. The hallways are pretty clean and it's not loud.”

“I have enjoyed this community so far, the access to nearby places is impeccable and you have direct access to I10. Very convenient location in Houston, and love the trail located directly behind the complex. The staff are welcoming and delivery of packages is prompt. My only concern is the theft in our parking garage and patio areas. It's really bad. Hoping they improve security around the complex and within the parking garage.”

“S?per friendly, not overbearing staff. Everyone in the community seems to be private yet social. The amenities are very nice and we use them daily. The garage opens quickly and parking is very reasonable. The common areas are kept very clean and valet trash is super convenient. It's close to the walking trail, and very pet friendly. I wish the dog park was bigger but other than that I love this place. It feels like home honestly.”

“This apartment is pretty great. I've had a few maintenance issues in the past few months, but nothing that doesn't get solved quickly. And maintenance has always been great with giving me a call to explain the situation and let me know what they've done to resolve. The only thing I'll complain about is the common areas in by the pool. The cabanas and tables...my understanding was that you COULD reserve them if you wanted to, but if they weren't reserved the areas were first come, first serve. I'm willing to risk first come, first serve, because the price to reserve those areas is a little bit ridiculous. I had some friends gather for my birthday, and was "scolded" about how the area I was using was supposed to be reserved and to make sure my friends that I had over were respectful of the areas in use. I felt some type of way about it because I did feel like I was being targeted. Nothing was told to the other party that showed up and took over one of the other cabana areas. Just a small thing that I let go, but it was just super annoying.”

“The apartment was in great condition when I first moved in and Jacqulyn has been great from the very beginning. She was very helpful and has been very responsive and easy to work with. This also goes for the rest of the staff.”
