“I have always had a great expierence with Granite Club. Maintenance is prompt in doing any work orders I have placed. The office saff has always been consist, friendly, ensures you needs are taken care of.”

“It's a nice community. I've lived her before for about 3 years and decided to come back. It's quiet and the management staff Mona and Esther are always so nice and attentive. Floor plans are spacious as well.”

“My experience has been all good. No problems in getting things taken care and done quickly. Always having updates done when new lease is signed, waiting now. Living here has been great for me and not considering moving no time soon as long as things stay good here.”

“I really like living here, it's perfect for me. It's a small community and as a single woman I feel safe and at ease throughout the complex. Great location, clean and well kept grounds. The staff is great and accommodating, always engaging with the community. Maintenance is pretty good at responding to issues quickly, although I haven't had any major problems. Check them out and come join the Granite Club family!”

“Overall is good. It is a small property, clean and organized. It is a saline place. The negative point of living here is the constant bathroom flooding, which is not healthy at all. Is a place good to live in, but have to consider the problem of bathroom flooding.”

“Totally dissatisfied with the company for towing my vehicle with the reason being " you are a resident here not a visitor" when there was no parking spot available in the resident parking and the visitors was empty.”

“It's great. Quiet, no break in's, the parking situation is all the over the place changing websites and that makes things difficult for family visiting from out of town WHO DONT WANT THEIR CARS TOWED/ that is very frustrating. But the office management is great, mantinence has been great, beautiful community. Thanks for everything.”

“I'm very happy for the apartment good location it's closer to gallery and down town and the maintenance are good only the bad is the parking lot another neighbor don't respect the place the complex don't have regulations for the parking .thanks very much”

“My experience is that so far everything is going to good except the neighbors on top of my department around 4 in the morning they do to much noise but everything else is good and i like it is a nice place to live at”

“Quiet outside of your apartment, Inside noises inside of the apartment in the walls are disturbing especially in the morning with a knocking sound when someone showering, roaches and dog poop& noises.”

I like this complex first reason leasing office workers they are always nice and smile face complex location close everything what I need most residence. They are nice and peaceful. and respectful. I am continue living here until I buy my own house.”
