CCPD don't do nothing, if you go to section 5, 2 and especially 4 and that's an easy way to get robbed. I have come home late at night and seen multiple despicable actions. This place is a dump, it's the projects at this point. Most of the things that happen here don't make the news but it's bad out here. Did i mention that you can only have optimum. This place is worse than some projects and this is coming from a person who used to live in the projects. 0/10

Pros: The building is familiar. It’s central to both stop and shops and buses and my floor is very nice and never too dirty Cons: Maintenance has gone down in terms of quality and I think everyone feels it. I have to hound them to fix mistakes and we had a leak and mold issue that I had to eventually call the city to report it to get anything done. Even things like plaster and fixing issues that maintenance men caused. That’s disappointing because the bargain of coop can’t be beat. Advice to landlord: Invest in maintenance and fixing the issues. The building is already old.

Don't go to sections 4, 2, or 5. You will get robbed or assaulted. Every night various outside with ski masks and they are smoking weed. They will rob you if you got good-looking shoes or if you look at them funny. Please whatever you do not come here. different men stand.

Was on a wait list for 5 years because my family already lives in Co op and thought it would be better if I were close to them. Oh gosh do I regret it. These new tenants are Loud, rude constantly slam their doors. Always soliciting something its a shame how the people are running this place down. You try and complain but no one listens. The walls are super thin it's ridiculous. I sleep with large headphones on. My neighboors above me have a kid that runs, stomps, jumps constantly. My neighboor beside me has two girls who scream and cry all day long. They slam into the walls and they get yelled at by their father constantly. These walls are so thin I could hear what's being done in someone else's private room. Extremely disappointed wasn't expecting that project mentality to be alive in this community. They need to screen the people better from here on out.

This place is a plumbing nightmare. Every summer it’s floods, leaks, and constant construction. You can’t live peacefully. They are steadily wanting access to your apartment to check for leaks. The convectors are a health hazard and needs to be be replaced. They have the nerve to increase rent. If they fixed everything the correct way they wouldn’t have to constantly repair the same things over and over. I literally hate it here now!!! I have anxiety when I leave my home for fear I’ll return to a damaged apartment from a flood.

Pros: Pleasant neighbors for the most part, beautiful landscaping, lots of stores nearby, access to public transportation, quiet unless there's a fair/event or large groups of people nearby Cons: Radiators are bound to leak at least once or twice a year, heating is a hit or miss, water pressure isn't horrible but could be better, thin walls and doors, tenant construction can be noisy Advice to landlord: Offer apartment improvements for longtime tenants, fully replace radiators, full replace pipes in bathroom and kitchen, install ramp in stairwells in times of emergency and for accessibility in general
