Pros: Close to the beach Nice outdoor space Cons: Building - gas out for 7 months - useless maintenance department - washers and dryers are constantly breaking - heat is out of control Apartment - chipped ceiling - broken oven - took 4 months to get a new dishwasher - apartment was rented extremely dirty (not even swept) - closet doors falling off - rusted balcony door - duct tape on pipes Advice to landlord: The landlord of the unit does not care and thinks it’s the tenants responsibility to fix the apartment
