This apartment has always been good to everyone living here. There's good staff as well as an amazing support team that always helps me out when I need it. I've been living here for 5 years now. I'd say the only complaint I have is that the hallways on each floor should be cleaned out more.

It is close to the campus and the subway station. There are many shops and restaurants around. The service is pleasant. The maintenances are timely. The environment is safe and clean. Besides, there is a gym cost only $65 per month. It is really a good place to live in.

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. Easy move in process. The location is great within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Maintenance responds quickly.

I've enjoyed my time here over the years. Very safe building and helpful staff. The maintenance team strives to respond to all my requests and exceeds my expectations. i enjoy the Avalon properties overall.

Great amenities and people. A really comfortable home and community. The units are a great value, especially for the space and interior design. I also like that there are a fair amount of young people around too!

Choosing Avalon Fort Greene as my first apartment in the NYC area was the best decision I could have made. The new, updated units offer spacious floor plans, and a great view. The location makes it easy to get to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and most importantly, it is close to just about any train line. Of most importance to me, the staff has been absolutely wonderful. They were the reason I selected this building, and their friendly, fast, efficient service is amazing!

It hasn't turn me down so far! An overall fantastic experience that I will tell anyone and pursue my friends to come and live here. The service team , the location of the apartment, the surrounding area safety are all gems!

Avalon Fort Greene is an amazing building with an amazing staff in an up-and-coming neighborhood! Tons of convenience and great in-apartment amenities. Subway stations all around with access to almost every line.

Living at Avalon Fort Greene since 2013 has been one of the best NYC living experiences I have had--the leasing office staff are professional, courteous, extremely friendly, and helpful! The concierge and maintenance teams are also a pleasure to work with-- everyone in this building is an absolute professional and friendly at the same time!
