I love the staff. From the front friendly staff to the Leasing management office staff, they are always accommodating, and ensuring residents are happy and safe. Love the residents events that create a sense of community. Also, love the bulletin board that allows residents to post.

great views and building

Unit 20C Pros: staff was very nice, helpful and kind, they answered maintenance calls very quickly. the views were great and the amenities were nice. Cons: the actual management company is not that helpful and does not want to negotiate to keep tenants.

Great management but starting to get outdated for the price

Pros: Management company is incredibly responsive and will do everything possible to keep the tenants happy Cons: Amenities and finishes are outdated and poor quality for the price of rent

Great luxury apartments

Pros: Staff was always so friendly, packages are always organized, common areas are clean, view is amazing Cons: The location is right next to a fire station so there are constant sirens

I was struggling moving my mattress by myself until the maintenance staff saw me and helped me carry the mattress. He helped me carry it and advice me with some tips. He was super helpful and kindhearted!

Pros: Location and accessibility to so many train lines Clean and well maintained common spaces and building Friendly staff Cons: Renewal rate was crazy, I know it’s not exclusive to this building They charge you $50 every time you forget your keys and need to access your door (first time is free) Advice to landlord: Front desk staff is always so friendly

Fantastic apt with fantastic staff

Pros: Clean, great location, nice and trustworthy staff, quiet neighbors, good price/space for one person. Efficient resident portal Cons: The gym could be more fleshed out and Flatbush is so noisy, but the latter isn't really the apts fault. Could use more events that give out free stuff. Advice to landlord: None! Fantastic service

I enjoy living at 461 Dean St. I'm surrounded by great food, entertainment, parks and transportation. The concierge are all polite and very helpful. Management is prompt with their response to any inquiries I have. I always feel welcomed when I come home. The resident manager is always present and approachable.

Professional staff and management team. Building/ community is maintained and well groomed. Neighbors are welcoming and friendly. Pet friendly community. I truly enjoy living at 461 Dean street. Short commute to many train lines and bus routes.
