Unit 5C Pros: Responsive and friendly staff Great, convenient location No pest problems at all Cons: The noise from the crowds going in and out of the Barclays Center can be a lot. Advice to landlord: None at this time.

Pros: Amazing responsive staff, nice people, clean building, well connected with subway. Cons: Ambulance and firefighters noise is constant, even at a high floor. Units facing south get too hot

Pros: The staff and the quiet units. Washer and dryers in every unit! Cons: Haven't found anything yet! Advice to landlord: Keep this up. Make sure you continue to treat your staff well. They are amazing.

Pros: The building is always clean and the maintenance people are always quick and attentive. The units are well built - I can never hear my neighbors and the appliances are decent quality. The floor to ceiling windows ensure that every unit has a great view. Also super close to trains and shopping nearby. Cons: None at the moment. I’d like to stay here long term, so hopefully the lease renewals don’t include major price hikes. Advice to landlord: Keep being attentive to tenants and valuing their feedback.
