Pros: Clean, well-kept, and spacious rooms. Room cleaning also a plus. Cons: Unresponsive front desk staff, and some issues with the finishes on refurnished units.

Pros: great front desk staff, maintenance, package room etc. everyone is super friendly and helpful. hallways/neighbors are super quiet and I rarely hear any outside noise Cons: no view from my apt

Pros: I love the secure package room, valet services, elevators, & lobby design. Cons: Doormen are too chill about who enters

Pros: lobby is insane and the roof deck is awesome. they host lots of fun events Cons: not centralized heating/AC. flex walls don't offer privacy Advice to landlord: respond to tenants quicker

Unit 3302 Pros: 1. Amazing view 2. Friendly doorman 3. Helpful super 4. Clean 5. Amazing location Cons: Too expensive for me :( was living with roommate, but now looking for myself, it’s too pricey for me Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work

Pros: Gym access inside building, heat/air never breaks, great views Cons: Terrible and incompetent leasing office. Made 100s of people sign and pay for new units just to keep extending move in date and eventually had to cancel all the leases due to failing and inspection.

Unit 2702 Pros: Lobby is beautiful and doormen are generally friendly and helpful. Love the access to Lifetime Fitness that is in the building (next door) and the membership that came with my lease renewal. Cons: Laundry is very expensive. Washers are small and dryers sometimes take 2 cycles to complete which makes a load of laundry almost $10. Management is not the kindest which is the main reason we did not renew the lease again.
