Unit 901 Pros: Clean and amenities were nice Cons: Layout of the apartment was not good and the hot water/water pressure always had issues. Doormen let anyone in, no clue who lived there

Pros: Doormen are 24/hours & efficient. Packages are safe. Nice amenities, gym and separate yoga room. Located near trains & the seaport area. Cons: Pool is an extra cost.. should be free and included in the amenities. Management can be difficult, rooftop should be open year round. Expensive, poor construction. Dishwasher leaked a few times and caused the (cheaply made) floors to buckle. Management will try and take a portion of security deposit, make sure you are present when someone is doing a walk-through before you move. Advice to landlord: Don't charge for pool; keep amenities open

Pros: Clean and nice neighborhood. Com incident transit. Cons: How loud it is to live in this building. The noise in unbearable bc there is no insulation in between the units.

Pros: The building is very clean with great amenities: pool, gym, rooftop common areas. The staff in the lobby are very friendly and do a greet job. Cons: The studio I rented faced the inner 'courtyard', and got absolutely zero light. The layout is a small box, and is very depressing with flourescent lighting and no natural light coming from the one window.

Unit 215 Pros: The doormen are fantastic — always friendly and willing to help. Never had an issue with pests in five years. Pretty lenient on security deposit and quick return. Cons: Noise levels are insane, management is a nightmare. I was locked into a very low Covid rate when the market was at its height and they would not even consider letting me out of the lease despite terrible personal circumstances requiring me to move. Construction nearby made it impossible to work from home. After four years they offered me a 1200 dollar rent increase.

Pros: Never had issues in regards to pests, responsiveness, cleanliness Cons: Mail room is closed Sundays so you cannot access until Monday

Pros: Great staff, great amenities, quiet building, really no issues I loved living here Cons: The bedrooms are small Advice to landlord: be more responsive

Unit 1 bedroom apartment Pros: Staff is very friendly, doorman are great! Location is great with lots of nearby transportation Cons: Management is very unresponsive, you need to hunt them down to get any sort of response. They are also not helpful when it comes to neighbor complaints or issues and completely ignore all emails about these issues. Advice to landlord: Get better management
