Pros: The building had a nice roof with a young crowd and occasional events, the appliances and rooms were very new and clean Cons: The walls are extremely thin, and the living and kitchen areas are quite small.

Unit 2622 Pros: Clean High Ceilings Fridge & freeze look like cabinets In unit washer & dryer Cons: Small gym $50 amenities fee each month Have to pay for the pool each session Package room has strict hours Increased 1400 after covid deal to 3300 for a 400 sq ft studio

Pros: Great doormen. Nice layouts, nice finishes, tall ceilings. Near all major subway lines. Gym has views and lots of light. Rooftop pool is excellent. Cons: Noise travels through new windows from unit to unit. Noise from hallway.

Unit 401 Pros: 180 Water is a beautiful modern and elegant luxury building in the heart of FiDi. If you dig a minimalist design, it's definitely the building for you. The front desk and staff were all courteous and responsive. One of the best values in the neighborhood! Cons: There was a mysterious ticking noise coming from the ceiling of my building that would come and go. The management came to check it out but never figured out the cause.

Unit 310 Pros: Super nice building with great amenities and for the most part friendly staff. New appliances and updated everything. Have own control of heat/ac. Great roof. Cons: I had a standing shower and a bit of a drain fly problem that the building didnt know how to take care of/didn't help solve. Ended up doing some home remedy things. Management somewhat unresponsive at times... but not the building staff, just people in the office.

Pros: Luxury feel and beautiful amenities Friendly management, doorman, leasing, etc Cons: My next door neighbors had a band and got loud at times, but never at night which is good Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work

Pros: Amenities (Gym, lounge, pool). Water and gas included. Nice and helpful concierge service. Prime location in FiDi. Cons: The building manager is consistently rude and combative. Amenities usage have a fee. Advice to landlord: The building manager needs to adjust his attitude.
