Pros: Spacious, tall ceilings, good amenities, kind staff. Cons: Expensive and has ugly hallways Advice to landlord: Redo the hallways

Pros: - rooftop + gym - surrounding area - good kitchen appliances - in unit washer dryer - fast maintenance response - lots of lifestyle amenities (tulu, valet service, events, etc) - children friendly Cons: - views - pool has a few everytime to use - some dog owners did not clean up after themselves

Unit 1311 Pros: The staff is kind, and seem well treated. The building is clean, and we’ll attended to. Truly have no issues here. And if we do have issues, we get same day responses for any maintenance request or anything. Also I have two dogs, and it’s a great dog building. Lots of dogs, and dog friendly people. Cons: No red flags here.

Pros: Super clean and well furnished. Convenient elevators and mail room. Gym accessible. Perfect Cons: The pool hours are weird, as are the guest rules Advice to landlord: Get rid of weird pool and guest restrictions

Unit 2118 Pros: I love the Valet service and this building is very secure. Cons: The Valet closes and if your package is there, you cannot retrieve it until Monday. You have to pay for the pool. Advice to landlord: Asking people to pay for the pool after they sign the lease is crazy

Pros: Beautiful building, great, clean amenities, awesome staff, near tons of transportation Cons: Minimal light in inner units and rooms, lack of overhead lighting, it’s in the financial district Advice to landlord: No advice, they run it very well and we’ve had no issues with property management

Pros: Modern building with amenities and gym Cons: Hit or miss but I had a neighbouring unit that would host parties from 2am until seemingly 6am. Ownership was rarely responsive to complaints Advice to landlord: Respond more attentively to loud tenants. They're driving the residents that you do want, away.
