Unit 2904 Pros: Great view, responsive management, all employees really care about the tenants. Everything gets fixed quickly and on time. Cons: The elevators take forever to run and the other tenants are all very college vibe.

Pros: Nice amenities with no extra cost. Great people at the front desk and friendly handyman. Cons: Management is a pain to deal with. Their policy tends to be rules centric rather than relationship centric. Advice to landlord: Focus on tenant retention. It helps!

Pros: Excellent location in the Financial District — easy access to subways, grocery stores, and waterfront parks. Modern units with floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless-steel appliances, and great natural light. Strong building management and responsive maintenance team. Amenities such as gym, lounge, and rooftop are well-maintained and rarely overcrowded. Common areas feel secure and clean; 24-hour doorman service adds peace of mind. Cons: Rent is on the higher end compared to nearby buildings. Some lower-floor units may experience street noise due to heavy traffic. Occasional maintenance issues like plumbing or odor complaints have been noted in the past. The area can feel crowded during weekday rush hours.

Pros: Honestly no major complaints - clean building, friendly doormen, responsive maintenance. I didn't experience any pest problems whatsoever. Very comfortable living experience. Cons: Some level of street noise, even on the 17th floor, but low enough that I stopped really noticing it after a while. My heater/AC unit was a bit finicky and prone to breaking, but maintenance was fast and would come fix it that day or the following morning.
