Pros: Very nice building. Responsive maintenance. Very nice staff all around great place to live Cons: Nothing really. Loved living here

Pros: The doorman are super nice, amenities are great, everyone is very responsive Cons: None really, I wish I had laundry in the unit but that’s only complaint

Pros: - super well-maintained; all public areas including gym, pool, roof-top lounges, club, laundry room etc. are always spotless - incredible amenities (the aforementioned) - maintenance team is very efficient; we had an issue with our oven the first couple of weeks and lobby staff put in a work order that was addressed immediately Cons: - honestly no complaints here!

Pros: Doormen are amazing, amenities are amazing, feels homey and beautiful Cons: Had to have repairs quite a few times but other than that this building is perfect

Pros: Amazing rooftop, great garbage management, friendly and helpful staff, large bedrooms Cons: Construction during Covid which restricted access to amenities, Occasional cockroaches in laundry room

Pros: The management and staff are all very nice and extremely responsive in addressing any questions or concerns we have. Cons: Rooms are a bit on the older side compared with other FiDi apartments but the great staff makes up for and the amenities are well maintenance and new Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you’re doing
