Unit no Pros: Lots of amenities, tiny apartments, big rents, so so service. Very inconvenient. Cons: The location is horrendous. You cannot bring a car to anywhere close to the building without risking a ticket without leaving someone in the car and still watching out because they will ticket you even if in the car. You cannot get an Uber without walking either 2 blocks to Broadway or one long block to William Street. You may or may not be able to get an Uber to drop you off but they would have to go through security and most won't do it. The security people from the NYSE are very nasty and if you have to bring a car close to the building, you have to deal with them( but Never leave it alone) Advice to landlord: Should have demanded loading area in front of the building.

Pros: Love the cobblestone street in front. Extremely clean, the lobby literally smells clean when you walk in. beautiful gym that is well maintained. Cons: rooftop isn’t great, not a lot of sun cuz of all the tall buildings around. also if you don’t like dogs, there are a ton — sometimes even pee in front of building
