Pros: Great amenities - especially the gym. Cons: Management, water issues last year (legionella) Advice to landlord: Better communications

Pros: The building has great common facilities, especially the gym. The building staff are fantastic. Cons: The condition of the building has deteriorated a little bit but is still reasonably nice. Floors are not “luxury” - they scuff very easily and look terrible after a short time. There was an armed robbery in 2019 that remains unsolved (hence the need to scan a key fob to use the elevator). There have been issues with legionella and short term rentals in the building and management was not responsive to tenant concerns. The location is great but because it’s in a secured area you have to walk a bit to get an Uber or a cab.
