Unit 6A Pros: The virtual doorman is great. I find the noise levels to be very manageable, and as young girls we must make a lot of noise but no one has ever said anything so i imagine no one is hearing us. I feel very safe in this community. Proximity to traders joes and the L is amazing. Cons: You can't control the heat and it works so well that i would be extremely hot in the winter months, which i guess is not a terrible problem to have. It is a lease violation to remove the shower head and put a filter on and this was really frustrating because i have extremely sensitive skin.

Pros: Quiet and peaceful. I get lots of good light with a south- and east-facing windows. I know that some units don't get as much light. There's a good sized kitchen with full dishwasher. The halls and elevator are kept clean. Good trash management. I've never seen pests. Cons: When the shower drain was clogged, it took management months to send someone. I haven't encountered other issues (thankfully), but if there were more pressing concerns with the apartment, I would hope management would respond to them with a little more brevity.

Unit 1C Pros: No issues with pests. Quiet as long as you have quiet neighbors. Kitchens have dishwashers and ice makers, which are nice. Lovely community and neighbors. I generally feel very safe. Cons: Very thin walls and ceilings. There have been several building wide maintenance periods which have disrupted living. Hot water has been shut off a few times for repairs. No access to laundry in building for a month. Elevators have frequently been down. Advice to landlord: If there are going to issues accessing amenities, you should offer a rent rebate.

Pros: Have not had any issues with roaches etc. and maintenance problems are addressed pretty quickly. Cons: The rent has increased to a point where it’s no longer justifiable for what you get

Pros: clean, building was responsive to requests Cons: the walls are thin and it can be really noisy - my upstairs neighbor would pound on the floor when i was making a regular amount of noise. Advice to landlord: maybe enforce carpets?

Pros: in-building laundry is convenient and fairly priced Cons: -elevators always broken/slow -paper thin walls -parking

Pros: No pest issues at all, responsive super and management, fast maintenance request processing. Cons: The heat during winter is blasting without control--unit can get really warm.
