Pros: Management was very responsive and quick with any repairs/issues, great laundry room, water/electricity included, amazing outdoor green space Cons: Definitely expensive for the space, noise levels were sometimes high depending on your neighbor

Unit 11G Pros: Lovely green space around the buildings. Quick responses from Stuy and leasing office / resident services building available to help. Nice large rooms. Cons: Centrally controlled heating that is usually too hot or too cold. Opening windows when it’s too cold or turning on the AC does the trick though.

Pros: - proximity to the oval means you have no dearth of outdoor space - super convenient maintenance Cons: - facade repairs in the last year - walls are pretty thin

Pros: Great location (target Trader Joe’s and good food places across the street) Quiet Lovely neighbors Well planned floor plan (kitchen is small but great counter and storage space) Cons: Heating could be inconsistent Maintenance would be quick about certain repairs but slow on others

Unit 10G Pros: spacious units, responsive management (replaced our ac's and stove on a dime), great view over 14th st downtown, fast elevators, always kept lobby clean Cons: occasional pests (~3 roaches a year), heat got decently high in the winter, needed to run the AC often.
