Pros: Stuytown was responsive and took care of all maintance issues, very big bedrooms Cons: Had roaches in our bathroom Advice to landlord: Get rid of roaches in apartments and laundry room

Pros: This apartment has all new appliances, modern bathroom, and incredible storage, far more than any other apartment I've viewed in this price range. Residential services are quick to fix any issues we've had with plumbing. My favorite part is the Oval Lawn where you have your own courtyard! Cons: Walls are thin - if you have roommates, they can hear everything from the living room since the bedroom walls facing the hall is thin. If your upstairs neighbor has a dog, be prepared to hear their nails on the upstairs floor.

Unit 4E Pros: Quiet, clean, friendly and community oriented Cons: Heat is v v hot in winter but it’s New York so can’t really complain Our unit is too expensive so we’re leaving
