Pros: Convenience - laundry machines, garbage chute, buzz in system Cons: Not much to report. Sometimes has some plumbing issues or con ed shuts down certain features. Advice to landlord: N/A

Pros: Everything. Location, building and community, amenities. Cons: It was perfect. I'm only moving out because I want lower rent. A couple times I woke up to loud traffic on 14th street, but otherwise it was everything I wanted.

Pros: Great building and location, large and well lit space. Cons: Plaster is old and uneven, unclear when walls were last restored. Difficult to settle issues with cable/wireless. Advice to landlord: Better lines of communication.

Pros: Living in stuytown was a breeze, if you insert $1 bills, it'll give you $10 in laundry credit Cons: There isn't too much contact with management - sometimes would take days for things to get fixed, laundry sometime had a wait
