Pros: Elevators, clean lobby Cons: The heating is based on an outdated and faulty sensor system which means apartments either get no heat or too much. Most of the winter when it was freezing out there was zero heat. Another issue is packages get stolen a lot by people piggybacking into the lobby. Advice to landlord: Fix heating system

Unit 11G Pros: Clean, responsive maintenance and security and other resident services, huge bedrooms Cons: Across the street from the hospital so constant sirens from ambulances and police. One bathroom for three people and living rooms could be bigger or have more window access. Neighbors are pretty quiet but also "Karens" as there are a lot of old people. They also increase rent middle of year in addition to at resigning (they were deceptive with this). Advice to landlord: Soundproof windows and group young people in buildings together

Pros: Large space for Manhattan apt. Convenient to stores, subway, buses. Quick access to park like space - trees, grass, playgrounds. Very clean, well kept building and grounds. Safe area, private security as well. Buzzer system to admit visitors includes screen. Cons: Thin walls - can get a bit noisy. Can sometimes use a bit more heat. No individual thermostat. Also, air conditioners fit in lower part of window, blocking some of the view. Advice to landlord: Put ramps on all steps leading to street.
