Unit 3E Pros: Elevator and AMPLE laundry in building. Cons: The trash chute on each floor is way too small (I know I know minor issues). The hot water was "fixed" about once a month leaving one day out of every month with no hot water. Walls are pretty thin... Advice to landlord: For the price, it was worth it!

Pros: Low rent for a decent amount of space. Large bedrooms. Free wifi/ utilities for the first year. Cons: Drains constantly clogging. Odd neighbors. Very much so a "college campus" feel in stuy town. Living room is a decent amount of space but feels more like a hallway than a living room.

Pros: - Clean, well maintained, a few things broke in 4 years and were fixed relatively quickly - nice park-like feel, green views, mix of tenants - reasonable rents, lots of space for the spend - concierge services made life a bit easier; not the same as a doorman, but nice to have a place to drop keys off, order cleaning services and pet sitting etc. - quiet hours seemed well enforced Cons: - walls were thin - didn’t affect me with immediate neighbors, but upstairs neighbors - i could hear some of their conversations, and even though I think they weren’t being loud, it felt like they were just in the room next to mine Advice to landlord: - invest in some sound proofing/enforce the carpeting rule

Pros: It was always well maintained by staff, cleaning the lobby/elevators, trash/recycling, etc. The lawns and common area were well maintained and amenities were a nice perk such as the outdoor gym, courts, park, etc. Cons: Not many complaints other than a few stolen packages, thankfully nothing expensive Advice to landlord: Keep going with efforts to make the community more green/encourage proper recycling/energy use. Great place to live with families.
