Unit 2B Pros: Management is really responsive and efficient. Community is great and Stuy Town facilities are very well maintained Utilities taken care of and payment is really easy. Overall, best managed building I’ve seen Cons: No real way to fix it, but living room space is really small in flex 3 bedroom apartments, with no lighting Some units in the building are older and not recently renovated. Ours was renovated recently but some finishes are still older

Pros: The eastern facing units in this building have the most incredible view of the East River. The building has great access to the M23 and M9 bus stops. Cons: 8-10 minute walk to the Subway. Advice to landlord: We have not had any issues with the building. When my air conditioner broke, they made an appointment right away to replace it.

Unit 4C Pros: Well kept, quick repairs, great location Cons: Very bad response and discipline for inconsiderate neighbors. Called for help with public safety to ask neighbor to turn down music that was blasted every night between 12Am to 6Am. Issue was never resolved and sometimes officers belittled the issue. Advice to landlord: There should be repercussions towards tenants who violate noise levels constantly.

Pros: Laundry in building. When maintenance staff is available they are very helpful. Had some issues with our shower and sink drain. Cons: Can get unlucky with neighbors. A lot of young college kids live here and they can be loud during the school year. Advice to landlord: Enforce quite hours during the week?
