Unit 3A Pros: -Elevator Building -Easy to Use Portal for Maintenance and Rent -Great Surrounding Community (Stuytown basically has its own park) -No roaches, only seen a couple small bugs and have lived here for 4 years -Spacious rooms -Dishwasher -Laundry in Building -Can easily call to follow-up on maintenance requests -Rent Stabilized -Large closets Cons: -Sometimes you have to follow-up on maintenance requests a few times (esp if submitted on the portal) -no closets in the two smaller bedrooms (definitely none in flex bedrooms)

Pros: Quiet if back-facing. Responsive management. Safe. Clean. Cons: Loud if front-facing. Trash chutes on the floors are very annoying. Only usable trash chute is on ground level.

Pros: this building is the one they show tours in so generally pretty nice outdoor park space and community Cons: elevator out of commission for multiple weeks on end paper thin walls, can hear upstairs neighbors very easily

Pros: No roach or rat problems, big apartment, very good experience Cons: Little loud, management takes some time to respond to administrative requests

Pros: the building is warm, maybe too warm but you have AC. the apartments are well fitted and stylish and things are pretty well kept. Cons: they take a long time to respond to routine maintenance but are fast when its urgent.

Pros: Quiet, love the Stuytown area, good blend of family and young people. Cons: Buildings are older, maintenance can be slow sometimes, and very dependent on your building

Pros: Like how you can feel safe walking anywhere in the perimeter, almost feels like a dorm, more space for it being in NY close to east village Cons: Seems pretty cheap inside the building, the floors have this gloss w hair strands pasted down, dogs will leave poop outside apartments, elevator will be shut down for maintenance

Pros: stuytown is a great place to be where every apartment is thought out well for your NEEDS (not necessarily your wants) Cons: had an issue with maintenance that was pretty severe and felt like i had a seperate full time job trying to resolve the issues

Unit 9D Pros: Relatively affordable at the time Spacious flex unit Updated appliances Pet friendly Nice common outdoor spaces Cons: Slow response for maintenance tickets No community in the building Regular water / plumbing issues Multiple packages stolen from in front of door Extreme annual rent hikes, too expensive for what it is worth Advice to landlord: Bring prices down, develop a better ticket management system, improve package security and building security
