just moved in, the apartment building is nice and the units are large. Ours was recently renovated and seemingly not ready for move-in. The balcony door does not work and the washing machine doesn't turn on and they need to install a light fixture.

The community is great. Right in the heart of all transportation, shopping schools, theaters and parks. Recently though because of all the buzz about Hudson Yards. It has become quite trendy. Alot of activity now and quite a tourist trap

The Ohm is a lovely building. I enjoy having the amenities available. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a great location being near Hudson yards. It is great to be able to walk over to the river. And the roof is definitely a great bonus.
