Clean and efficient staff responded to the problem pronto and did a good job evaluating and fixing the problem. Staff was courteous and called ahead of repair work to make sure that it was done at my convenience.

I've been living for almost a four years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From day one, the management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in residents' comfort. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within 24 hours, and the staff is always courteous and thorough.

Amazing staff, well kept units, cannot recommend Ohm enough! I am a repeat tenant and have only had the best experience over 5+ years. Maintenance and staff are incredibly responsive and everyone working in the building cares a lot.

Great apartment units with wonderful location and building staff are always available to help with our needs. Facilities like valet, washer and dryer in the units is a plus, the rooftop avaliable to all!
