OHM has the most fantastic staff. From leasing thru porters. Front desk is perfection and maintenance staff flawless. We have returned to New York and into this building specifically because of the care and staff.

A wonderful building, great location, and most of all, an amazing staff! Many of the buildings in the neighborhood are super tall, ours is a great size with a roofdeck that has stunning views of southern Manhatten.

It's a fantastic building and staff! I have really enjoyed living in the Ohm and love my apartment. Anytime I need help with maintenance, they are timely and effective. The rooftop is nice too! I am thankful!

The building is well-managed except for the maintenance team, which is shockingly bad for a "luxury" managed building in West Chelsea. They are rude, unprofessional, and provide poor service. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you can.
