Unit 17D Pros: The building is kept clean and the staff that keep things moving operationally are just fantastic. If you have any issues with your apartment, it’ll be fixed within the hour. They are all so kind and helpful, and know everyone on a first name basis. Cons: The management are sharks. I repeatedly requested they remove the forced $75 amenity fee during COVID as the amenities were not usable. The management took me through a 6 month court case trying to reap the $75/month I was not paying. There is a class 3 sex offender who lives in this building, repeatedly harasses tenants, and threatens to hurt people with his dog. I have never seen management address his behavior. Advice to landlord: Talk to your tenants before choosing to take them to court without warning. It’s a costly process for both sides.

Pros: We loved our neighbors, and the building staff is outstanding. The location is great. Our apartment was great, though aging. Cons: The apartment itself was pretty great, with the exception being that the very high ceilings meant our heat and AC bill was...extraordinary. Central AC/heat would really resolve any issues we had with the apartment. The main issue we had was with the amenities manager who I won't mention by name, but with only a week or so notice, blocked access to all the balconies on the second floor for construction with no clear end date (hit: it was many, many months), and very limited compensation (multiple units got nothing, we all talk on the floor). When multiple people complained, they responded with bogus threats of litigation, and outright threats (!). It soured and scared all tenants involved. For this reason, I definitively can't recommend this building unless Clinton Management changes its approach to dealing with tenants. If you want to try it out...sign a year lease and just pray nothing goes wrong. Advice to landlord: Be fair and professional. Don't threaten your tenants with legal threats or otherwise—eventually you may find someone with enough money to call your bluff.

Pros: - safe neighborhood - large units with great lighting and floor to ceiling windows - pretty good noise isolation between buildings - great doormen - package and dry cleaning acceptance - reasonable rent - great water pressure - bright living room light - lots of closets - regular pest prevention - floors not creaky - fast elevators Cons: - no ceiling light in bedroom - roof has been under construction since may 2022 - amenities (not including roof) extra - can hear upstairs pets crawling - wooden tiles are kind of ugly Advice to landlord: More community giveaways if roof remains under construction.

Unit NO Pros: Don’t trust this Landlord - they run a business like a corrupt family of developers and managers at same time with ties to Ex Gov Cuomo - Anne Colleen is your worst enemy and will only favor fiends and dmaipyb Cons: Clinton Management is a nest of criminal corruption and NY State should open an investigation for corruption

Pros: Great and courteous staff especially the concierge. Uses app for repairs and maintenance are quick to respond Cons: Terrible amenities. Roofdeck as shown in website is far from what it is. There is a sign of limited guest, no food, no drink, no picnic, no music no nothing right when you get to its entrance. Far from the open areas in other apartments which encourages actual practical use. Access to community lounge and gym comes at a price- $75 which un most apartments are much cheaper and in others, free Advice to landlord: Free up the roof deck

Pros: Concierge folks are friendly and helpful. Also having your packages stored is a plus. Laundry in-unit is always better than having it in the building. Cons: Some people don't follow the quiet hours and management doesn't do anything about it. Package pickup no longer is open on the weekend which makes it very inconvenient. Advice to landlord: Reopen the package room service on the weekend again and address those that dont follow quiet hours.
