Tenant Reviews for 37 WALL STREET

Over the last couple of years, everything has been going downhill. The staff has been cut, the staff gets worse, most of them are busy chatting with each other or on their cell phones. The leasing office is the worst. They changed staff a few times. They've misplaced my payments multiple times. The maintenance team takes forever to fix problems - I've had issues where there was no water pressure and the water was scolding hot (no cold water at all) on multiple occasions and it's taken them days to get to me. I've had issues with ------------ who never responds to emails but asks you to email him. When you call him due to no response, he claims he never said what he agreed to. I've called multiple times to the front desk because of noisy neighbors who play loud music at 5 in the morning. The only good part about the building aside from the apartment setup is the lounge and gym. Both are always pretty empty and quiet aside from when the younger college students get rowdy which is annoying. They also seem to pick and choose with tenants when to comes to pet policies. I was originally told there was a size limit and 1 dog per bedroom but have seen big dogs at the building.

From the staff to --------------- (management) my experience at 37 Wall street has been a real pleasure for a year now. The building is always impeccably clean and I know that should I need anything or have any question there will be someone in the staff to help me. I had to renew my lease and --------------- was very efficient and helpful .

We have lived in 37 Wall Street for almost 4 years. It is has been an terrific experience. The building is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and goes out of the way to help when ever we need it. I have loved living in this building and have enjoyed living in the neighborhood. We are moving out of NYC but if we were not leaving the city and I would gladly continue to live in 37 Wall Street
