Pros: The windows are super sounds proof- I live on the second floor and barely hear anything from the street/ the hospital across the street. Cons: Some of the doormen were extremely rude

Pros: Everything! I loved living here. The building staff were all amazing. I was so sad to go! Cons: There was one fire incident while I was living in the building. Elevators shut off, smoke filled the halls, yet no fire alam.

Pros: clean, near to Columbia, new Cons: OVERPRICED, racist manager ：A couple of the doormen are nice, but everyone else is terrible—rude and dismissive toward Asians. The manager is absolutely awful. He refused to give me my package just because it was addressed to my mom. Mind you, my Amazon orders have always been under my mom’s name, and I’ve never had any issues picking them up—until this white manager deliberately made things difficult, refused to give me my package, and even said he would send it back.

Unit 1107 Pros: Super nice and modern building. Very friendly staff and responsive management. Cons: Some doormen were more attentive than others.

Pros: Clean facilities that are maintained well Most of the doormen are super friendly No issues with pests at all in my 3 years Cons: Wayy too expensive for what it is One douchebag doorman saying some seriously unhinged things to tenants—I don't mind it when people are casual, but there's a clear line that needs to be kept.

Pros: Good sunlight from my apartment; good appliances; responsive super Cons: Air conditioning had to be switched out 3 times over 2 years!! That was a bad experience. Also the leasing office is very rude. The experience interacting with Robin and Vincent has been nothing but horrible. Advice to landlord: Have a better leasing team that is more effective in corresponding with tenants

Pros: No roaches or rats but that is the bare minimum. Doormen are extremely nice. Cons: Front desk stopped and questioned me, a long time tenant, but refused to help me prevent my abuser from entering the building, saying that he can still enter the building if he has friends here. The AC is extremely noisy whenever it’s on. Cannot sleep well at all.
