Pros: Very responsive. Management, clean, great neighborhood. Cons: Other residents are slobs. Garbage in the hallways, not properly stored in chute room, etc. Extremely noisy. It’s like living in a gray house most of the time. 24 hour super doesn’t like to do things in the evening.

Pros: People who work there are the kindest people, true gems. Good amenities and they fix things quickly. Lobby is responsive and packages are kept safely. Cons: The management is ok and they have to redo the facade so often even tho it's a new construction. Very poorly built and not well done (half-assed job to rent for high prices to nearby students) Advice to landlord: Stop being so fucking understaffed and you should have built it right from the beginning. My unit was already starting to warp and it's been 5 years and I wasn't even on a low floor
