yes the experience at Two Lincoln has been excellent. We moved from 34H to 27H and very pleased with the change. Staff has been excellent and supported us well over trhe years. Roof is fantastic with all the sitting space, TV's and grills. Workout room is really good.

2 Lincoln Square is a wonderful community. The staff members are remarkably friendly and helpful. Request for help are meet expeditiously and in a friendly manner. Location is exceptional and neighborhood has a local feeling.

Great service have zero complaints very happy that we are here. The Front Desk and receiving people are fantastic. Could not give them higher grades than what they do. Building is clean and spotless. Any small problems that we had with the apartment when we first moved in were rectified immediately. We hope to be here for a long time.

I only took over on July 1st and haven't officially stayed there. The staff has been amazing: helpful, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this building. I am looking forward to eventually spending the night there and exploring the neighborhood.

We have been very impressed by the leasing staff, doormen and porters in Two Lincoln Square. They are all very friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The management staff does a very good job of fostering a community spirit within the building. We are new to the building but have been warmly welcomed in a way that other buildings we have lived in did not do. Highly recommended!

2 Lincoln Square is a delightful community. I feel so lucky to have selected this place as my first home in NYC. The location is unbeatable, the people are kind, and the management is friendly and responsive. Every time that I finish work and enter the lobby from a day at work, I feel a tangible sense of relief and calm. From the doormen (who are the best in the city) to the gym, this place is an excellent home.

Beautiful living experience, very friendly staff, real sense of community. Management provides Community activities: movies on the roof, yoga on the roof, games, tailgate party, drinks in the lobby. Management and staff are very helpful neighbors are helpful and friendly

From the maintenance personnel to the front desk up to managers office ; everyone at Two Lincoln Square is beyond professional : attentive and caring for the well being of all those under this roof. I am grateful to be in such a unique home. Thank you!

I couldn't ask for more!!! After living in 10 apartments in 9 different neighborhoods over the years, this building is hands down the best. The building, people who work in the building and location are amazing and the amenities are too. There is a gym, an incredible rooftop with grills and tvs, common space to work, a garage and more.

My experience with the community is wonderful. I absolutely love it here. All of the staff are extremely helpful and very nice. I love all of the amenities in the building and I love the location. I only have positive things to say.
