Only been a month but the process of finding and moving in and care since arrival is first rate! Great community so far with staff who really go out of their way to provide friendly service. good size spaces and well looked after building.

Perfect Location. Fantastic views on the higher floors. Great staff. Ridiculous rent increases. Nicely renovated units. Continued improvement to make it feel like more of a community. New rooftop renovations enhanced the building.

Amazing building! Absolutely love living here! Can't beat the location and convenience. Gorgeous neighborhood and close to a tons of transit options. Central Park is at the corner - you're in the park about 5 minutes after walking out of the building!

Amazing. From the first tour to the move in everything has been extremely easy. The front desk staff has been perfect and the management team’s professionalism and level of communication have been more than I could have hoped for.

I love living at Two Lincoln Square because of the great location, apartment, and staff! The neighborhood provides easy access to transportation, the arts, restaurants/bars, and Central Park. The units are well laid out and well kept. The staff is so friendly and helpful!

Great location, wonderful staff and very well run building. Amenities are good (gym, residents lounge), and the community is welcoming. Great building overall, highly recommended as a place to live in the upper west side

All personnel is courteous, helpful and professional, the building is maintained to a very high standard and the location couldn't be any better. Management organizes events for the community on a regular basis, allowing you to get to know your neighbours, which I haven't seen in many buildings in NYC.

The doormen and maintenance staff are great. Many issues have come up including a many month long gas outage, elevator issues then repairs that are ongoing and causing HUGE inconveniences, and so much more that I don’t feel have been handled properly.

Considering the amount of rent, hallways should be greatly improved. Apartments should have much much better sound and smell insulation. Apartment finishes and layout can also be improved: better bathrooms with proper bathtubs and glass door showers, better quality AC units
