Pros: We have lived here for over 3 years and we love it. The doormen are really nice, management is responsive, we don’t hear the neighbors and have also hosted several parties without any problem… everything has worked perfectly. Cons: The gym could be bigger. I usually use the treadmill and sometimes they were all busy.

Pros: Quiet, convenient subways, maintenance team efficient. Cons: Bad neighbors, mostly student, smoking policy not respected. Very low energy efficient, A/C is always on during the summer.

Pros: Clean. Central air. High ceilings. Great elevators. Great views. Cons: Expensive. Main office hours stink on the weekend. Advice to landlord: Help keep cost down.

Pros: Amenities, doormen, maintenance Cons: The gym gets very busy. The AC isn’t cold enough. A lot of college students nearby.

Pros: Great doormen / handymen are so kind A lot of closet space Generally feels new Washer dryer in unit Easy space to decorate Location to subways Garbage on every floor Views Mailroom Has a gym and pool plus activity rooms Cons: Sometimes my toilet doesn’t always work and have to call for help Gym is crowded My laundry has gotten its handle stuck a few times Cost for lockout My upstairs neighbor is sometimes really loud otherwise quiet Stingy on negotiating rent Advice to landlord: Stop jacking up the rent so much

Pros: Doorman and maintenance staff are great. New package area vendor is also great Cons: Elevators occasionally go down and need repairs, but as each bank has 5, it's not that big deal to lose just 1 at a time.

Pros: 1. Good building and common spaces 2. Great front doormen and support staff 3. Generally well maintained Cons: 1. Sometimes there would be pest issues like cockroaches even on high floors 2. Mgmt office not responsive on tenant issues -- doormen are more responsive in urgent solns 3. Cleanliness on front porch can be an issue because of pets defecating outside the building

Unit 51J Pros: The building is very clean and the doormen are great! Amenities always clean and useful for residents Cons: Building has a lot of residents, so it can feel a bit like a hotel vs an apartment with a community of residents. Our electric bill has also been very high in my opinion. We have two people living in a one bedroom apartment and our monthly bill has been minimum 200 and max 400. Also the elevators break down constantly which causes long waits for the ones still in service
