Pros: Generally responsive management. Excellent views. Good appliances. Cons: Park in front of the building smells like urine; two homeless people live there now. Lobby and hallways are dated.

Pros: terrible management -- they try being unresponsive, then cowtow in person. Pathetic. They cite impossible costs and make no effort to resolve systemic noise issues coming from their gym. $%@# them. Cons: terrible management -- they try being unresponsive, then cowtow in person. Pathetic. They cite impossible costs and make no effort to resolve systemic noise issues coming from their gym. $%@# them. Advice to landlord: Get it together. Pay the cost. Fix your cost issues. I lived in NYBG a year and change ago, and you never fixed things, so we moved. I'm sure incoming tenants will have similar issues. Be better.

Pros: Doormen and staff is always helpful and friendly Easy to submit maintenance requests and get a response Building and apartments are in good condition and feel new Cons: Pricey for what you get - most apartments are undersized in comparison to other buildings in the area that are designed as residential buildings. But there’s not a ton of those around the immediate area

Pros: Well run. Maintenance staff was great. Doormen were the best. Cons: They nickel and dime you for everything (ie outrageous amenity fee), and raise your rent as much as possible every year. Way too expensive for what you get.
