Cons: 1) Building has a cockroach issue but has not been proactive about addressing it. 2) Street noise from First Avenue. 3) Many units have filthy, outdated heating units. 4) Super is burned out and clearly hates his job. 5) Current scaffolding has made sidewalk in front a magnet for dog urine and feces.”
