don't MOVE HERE. Awful staff, creepy security, the neighborhood smells like pee. This place is the apartment equivalent of a public bathroom. If you're into useless staff who need you to hold their hand as you draw up your lease, then this place is for you! Creepy security that follows residents and their friends around? Come on over here! can you just LOVE the smell of pee? It comes with the neighborhood, the A/C and the apartment!

"Redefining urban living... sexy and sleek renovation..." What the f#@K!? These people can't be Seighty, or they truly have no taste for renovating a builing. don't move-in. Rents are way too high, contra quality. The mgmt, and staff suck big time. Exception is "Melissa", who's the nicest one, and the most skilled for the job. But especially, previously mentioned "Mike" is so insecure about himself, and immature that you are not able to deal with him almost at all. "Josh" is no better. Where do they find these dotish empty-heads?! The pool side is ok, and so is the so-called "state-of-an-art cardio center". ;) cardio center a.k.a. gym. What comes highly hyped lounge area. I never found it. All I found was 3 or 4 Cow-cost no-name 17 inch LCD screens in lobby. Save your money, and be spared of headaches. don't move-in.

The office staff is horrible. Monique the manager is a racist, wannabe Hollywood elitist who plays favorite with residents. The Assistant Manager, Lucy, has no people skills what so ever. If you go to her with a problem she makes you feel it's your fault. immature. this place is filled with crackheads, strippers and wannabe actors.

Everything all right! Mingon and Elena were so kind and attentious with us. The waterton team is special and received me and my family well. We are happy with our new home. We really recomend Vida Hollywood. Thank you!

It's a community of young people. I suppose mostly musicians, actors, students and people trying to make it in Hollywood. It's a bit loud even in late night, including with people screaming on the streets. It's OK but less than awesome for the price you have to pay.

So far, so good. Have only been there a couple weeks. I took over someone's lease and the office was really helpful and great to work with. My only complaint so far is the fact that the dog area is never cleaned. I do have a dog and always clean up after her. I don't want her to get sick from other tenants not cleaning up after their dogs. The dog run is clearly never legit cleaned, regardless of what mgmt says. (Or at least not done properly!) Otherwise, things are great!

don't live here! They care more about remodeling than communicating with residents about policy changes! The staff and mgmt company is a revolving door. The cleaning staff is great for the lobby and the outside if the building looks great!

I've only been here a few weeks but am really enjoying the community. I'm pleased with my decision to live here. My only complaint is having a pool view Apace can be quite loud at night and on the weekends.

The Victor is going down the drain. The only reason mgmt is scrambling because the owners are pissed. My girlfriend and I have been seeing a lot of them here more than ever. The new manager isn't only putting out the bad people with her ------ attitude but she is making all the good people that pay the rent on time and have been renting here for years want to leave. She doesn t know what the hell she is talking about so she blows you off like she is too busy and sits in the back office laughing with some guy about personal issues (Actually happened) The only reason I take the time to write on here is to try to save that one person that really listens to these postings. sadly I was the one who read and didn t listen and I regret it now. People that live here, ask for a copy of the lease. My lawyer is looking into my lease, let s just say they are getting away with making people pay for things they cant even charge like the 3000 lease break fee. A bunch of bull!
